Her classes are known for being fun, dynamic, and inclusive — blending focus, burn, and light-hearted energy that keeps everyone uplifted. She emphasises control, precision, and mindful movement, consistently offering options and modifications to suit all strength levels.
Elena brings a balanced, holistic perspective to Pilates — drawing from her background in Yin, Hatha, Wheel & Aerial Yoga, and her experience as a former volleyball player. Known for her patient, attentive coaching style, her classes leave clients feeling deeply worked and progressively stronger.
Guided by her philosophy — "Move with joy, leave with strength" — Katherine creates an uplifting environment where clients feel encouraged to challenge themselves while staying connected to their bodies. Her sessions are designed to leave clients feeling accomplished, energised, and stronger.
Huwaidah — known as Tyra — began her Pilates journey with a personal goal to improve her well-being.
